If you are dating then you might feel a lot of pressure to be a certain way. You may wonder if you are attractive enough and if someone has ever given you negative comments on your appearance that may go two fold for you. You don’t have to join a gym to be active, but even just doing a bit of physical activity can help you boost self esteem because it releases endorphins. Just take a walk around the block when you’re feeling a bit low and the sunshine and your body will do the rest of the work.
